Quotations
All quotations are free and without obligation, and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
Surveys
Our surveys and reports are based on the conditions visible and measurable at the time of inspection.
Guarantees
Mould eradication carried out using our 3-step process carries a 12-month guarantee against the mould returning, provided our prevention advice is followed. All other works are guaranteed as stated on your quotation.
Payment
Payment terms will be agreed and set out in your quotation before any work begins.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to rearrange or cancel booked work.
